I'm Seth — a dually licensed clinical social worker and tattoo artist, specializing in medical, cosmetic, and custom tattooing. I bring a patient, trauma-informed approach to every appointment, with work designed for all genders, skin types, and skin tones.

I've been working in body modification since 2007, starting as a piercer and scarification artist. Alongside that work, I built a career in mental health and LGBTQ advocacy — as a therapist and Assistant Director of Yale's Office of LGBTQ Resources, through national work with the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence, Facebook, and Lady Gaga's Born This Way Foundation, and through a private consulting practice helping medical and mental health professionals build more inclusive, affirming care.

I'm also a parent, a trans man, a proud New Haven resident, and an oil painter. All of it shapes how I show up for clients and the art we make together.
